1. Shipping Policy

1.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

1.5 Order Tracking

If you refuse to pay customs fees causing a return-to-sender, shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Failed deliveries
- Lost packages
- Extra costs due to incorrect addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, resend shipping fees will apply.
1.8 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows “Delivered”, we are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Misplaced shipments
Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
We will help whenever possible but cannot guarantee replacements for such cases.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us at connect@yujersey.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable)
2.2 Conditions for Returns
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains or odors
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached (if applicable)
We cannot accept returns for:
- Clearance / final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., beauty tools, undergarments, etc.)
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
In such cases, we will provide a free replacement or a prepaid return label.
2.4 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos or videos
- We will ship a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you
2.5 Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.6 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
If you refuse delivery after shipment, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

2.8 Non-Returnable Items
